KarmaFit offers a complete mind and body approach to exercise.
Our classes focus on strengthening and toning the entire body from the inside out to improve not only physical appearance but our overall health and wellbeing.
The studio runs Ashtanga Yoga, YogaFit and Pilates classes, which are fitness orientated and user friendly. It uses yoga and pilates to strengthen the body and make it more flexible, improving posture and muscle tone.
